INX International Ink Co. continues to stand out as a workplace highly valued by its employees. According to a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work organization, the company has achieved recertification after reaching the highest levels of job satisfaction in the last three years.

78% of employees confirmed that INX has a dynamic work culture, representing an increase of seven points compared to the previous year and far exceeding the average of 57% recorded in U.S. companies. Bryce Kristo, President and CEO of INX, attributes these annual improvements to the strong culture that the company and its employees have built together.

“This certification goes beyond a simple achievement. It reflects the trust, collaboration, and care that characterize our work environment,” commented Kristo, who has been with the company since 1991. “The recognition is based entirely on the opinion of our employees, and this year’s results are the strongest yet.”

Among the aspects highlighted by Kristo, 86% of employees consider that they have the resources and equipment necessary to perform their work, in addition to being able to take time off when they need it. Also, 72% expressed satisfaction with INX’s contributions to the community, an increase of nine points compared to the previous year.

The survey, prepared by Great Place to Work, a global authority on work culture, asked employees to evaluate 60 statements on a scale of 1 to 5. Heather Seville, Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Officer, indicated that INX improved its score in 57 of the categories evaluated.

“We obtained especially high ratings in areas such as fair treatment of employees, workplace safety, integration of new members, and the points mentioned by Bryce Kristo,” said Seville. “The results reflect the dedication of leaders, supervisors, and members of each team. Prioritizing listening, support, and connection has generated a tangible impact on the work experience of our employees.”
