Lineview, a global leader in manufacturing intelligence, introduces Lineview Navigator, its first software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to optimize efficiency and decision-making in smart factories.
Navigator offers real-time monitoring, automated data analysis, and integration with existing systems, enabling customers to identify production losses and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) across multiple plants. The platform facilitates collaboration between sites, performance comparisons, and the adoption of best practices, in addition to offering automatic updates and access to new functionalities.
Available in three modules—Monitor, Review, and Analyze—Navigator transforms production data into prioritized improvement opportunities, managed through real-time alerts and workflows. The platform allows users to anticipate critical issues, integrate information from ERP, SAP, and maintenance systems, and combine automated data with human insight.
Steve Adams, CEO of Lineview, states that Navigator enables companies to move from a reactive to a predictive approach, reducing inefficiencies and waste, and improving sustainability and profitability. Pavlos Sepetas, Director of Operations at Vikos, notes that the tool will allow them to maximize efficiency throughout the industry by sharing real-time information between teams.
Navigator is now available for new customers, and current Lineview users can upgrade through a supported migration plan.
