Innovus Engineering has expanded its range of automatic canning machines with the addition of two new high-speed models: the CF35 and CF70. These units are designed to meet the growing demand for efficiency and precision in the beverage industry, especially in the craft sector.
The CF35 can process up to 2,000 cans per hour, while the CF70 reaches 4,000 cans per hour, doubling the capacity of the smaller model. Both machines incorporate Innovus’ new servo-driven seaming technology, which not only increases production speed but also gives the operator complete control over seaming adjustments via a Siemens HMI touch interface.
Manufactured entirely from stainless steel and hand-assembled in the UK, these machines guarantee a robust and safe construction, compatible with caustic CIP cleaning processes. Key features include: integrated bright tank pressure monitoring, precise filling with a tolerance of ±2 ml, and remote access modules, allowing Innovus engineers to make adjustments and provide technical support quickly.
Innovus Managing Director Michael McClue has stated that these new machines represent a significant advancement in inline atmospheric filling. They have been designed in collaboration with beverage producers to offer intuitive operation, high-level technical specifications, and maximum build quality.
The first units are scheduled for delivery during the first quarter of 2026, solidifying Innovus’ position as a leading supplier of precision canning solutions.
