The SPAM brand and Dr. Seuss Enterprises have launched a limited-edition pack to mark the 65th anniversary of the children’s classic Green Eggs and Ham. The product, called Green Eggs & SPAM Classic Twin Pack, is sold exclusively in select Walmart stores in the United States, while supplies last.

The set includes two cans of SPAM with a collectible design that pays tribute to Dr. Seuss’s iconic work and its millions of readers. The initiative combines the literary legacy of the character Sam-I-Am with the culinary tradition of the brand, in a proposal designed for both nostalgic fans and lovers of creative cuisine.

“Many fans have prepared their own version of green eggs with SPAM. This edition makes it a reality,” said Dan Kubiak, SPAM brand director, who emphasized the playful spirit of the collaboration.

From Dr. Seuss Enterprises, Jimeka Brussard, director of licensing in North America, recalled that the book was written using only 50 words. “If we could add one more, it would probably be ‘SPAM’,” she noted.

The product will be available for a limited time and high demand is expected. The organizers invite consumers to share their creations inspired by this unique gastronomic-literary tribute.
