IBEA has a system capable of inspecting up to 800 metal containers per minute

In recent months, Ibea launched the CS inspection system, a basic and ultra-compact solution for quality control in metal packaging. Capable of inspecting up to 800 pieces per minute, this system inspects round or square cans and lids up to 190 mm in diameter and 300 mm in height.

The CS includes only the essential elements: camera, light barrier, rotary encoder, and ejector, which facilitates its installation in existing production lines. Its automatic configuration allows the system to be adapted to standard products with a single click.

Additionally, the entire system is integrated into a single housing and can be controlled remotely via the Internet. Its intuitive software requires no prior training and features intelligent functions such as defect navigation and enhanced automatic inspection.
