With the launch of Kingfisher Lemon Masala and Mango Berry Twist, United Breweries Limited (UBL), part of the Heineken group, seeks to stay at the forefront of India’s competitive beer market, targeting Generation Z consumers, using cans manufactured by Canpack Group.
Inspired by the country’s vibrant street food scene, the new flavors combine traditional Indian tastes with modern brewing techniques. The can design reflects this fusion of old and new, capturing all the energy of an Indian street food market, while being fully recyclable.
The customized cans feature images of vibrant street food carts, which serve as cultural inspiration for the new flavors.
These cans respond to Generation Z’s demand for brands that share their values: environmental sensitivity, authenticity, innovation, and experiences that reflect their individuality.
The new flavored Kingfisher beers and their packaging meet these expectations, offering a unique and shareable experience, with a distinctive and colorful design that stands out on shelves.
