Also honored were Martha Rojas and Janis Osborn of the innovative WICA (Women in Canmaking Association), a non-profit organization that supports and promotes the participation of women in the canmaking and metal packaging industry. WICA aims to drive inclusion and diversity within the industry by providing a platform for women to connect, share experiences and lead change towards a more inclusive sector. It also works on the professional development of women and promoting their visibility in leadership and technical roles within the metal packaging field.

Nidec Minster specializes in the production of mechanical presses, stamping equipment and related industrial automation solutions.
