Auxiliar Conservera’s Open VAC is a system developed by Auxiliar Conservera that is used for vacuum packaging of food products, especially in the canning industry. This system is designed to improve the efficiency and safety of vacuum packaging food products, maintaining product quality and extending its shelf life.
Open VAC technology allows hermetic sealing of products in metal or other material containers, extracting the air from inside the container to prevent oxidation and the proliferation of microorganisms that can deteriorate the food.
