Secomak has introduced its DryGuide Essential drying machine, which it calls the DryGuide’s little sister. Secomak explains that this new tool condenses the actions of the former into a direct drive version. This reduces installed power to 11kW and is also virtually maintenance-free. The fan is also paired with another version of the Mistral V dryer’s Air-Minder controllers. With a variable frequency drive, the fan will automatically turn on or off when there is production, further reducing energy consumption.
Economical –
The reduction in installed power and the lower energy absorbed translate into lower energy consumption for drying the containers. This new machine is aimed at production lines of less than 50,000 units per hour. In addition, the DryGuide “with a twist” technology sets the angle of the air flow at the optimal position. Guaranteed to dry containers of all shapes and sizes, it is suitable for any application. Another effortless benefit is adjusting between container sizes; with the fixed air angles, all that is required is a simple height and diameter adjustment. This is quick and easy, with no need for tools or interchangeable parts, with scales and markings for repeatable adjustments. Truly effortless.
The DryGuide Essential has been ergonomically designed and features a sliding door, ensuring a small footprint with its compact design, meeting all customers’ stringent safety demands.
