Women in the metal packaging industry unite; since September we know the organization WICA (Women In Canmaking Association). A non-profit organization with the goal of educating, empowering and advancing women in the global canmaking industry. WICA seeks to foster a diverse and equitable environment where women in manufacturing and supply can thrive, lead and inspire. It features Janis Osborn, a key member of its leadership team, Sarah Davidson, VP of Human Resources at Roeslein, and Martha Rojas, global business development executive at Roeslein.
