Iván Navas, partner of the Redoble Beer specialty beer store, has recommended canned beer and dispels the myth of beer in glass, saying that metal protects much more from sunlight and allows it to last cooler, and less care is needed to keep it in a drinkable form. Navas recently participated in the podcast Me pierde la boca and talked about his establishment that combines the bar with the sale of specialty beers.
