Tubex has been awarded as the best Tube of the Year 2024 for the recycled aluminum containers they have created for different Chanel hand creams. The award is given annually by the European Tube Manufacturers Association (ETMA).

Tubex has expressed its satisfaction for this recognition of its impact and leadership, “especially with such an elegant partner as Chanel”.

Chanel chose #BlueTubeEvo for its limited edition Chance hand creams. These tubes, made from 95% recycled aluminum (#PCR), are recyclable, significantly reduce carbon emissions and combine sustainability with Chanel’s signature sophistication. Each tube is elegantly decorated to match the fragrance, features a pearlized finish and an octagonal closure. The creams are presented in an elegant box with the three scents.

Chanel hand creams are packaged in recycled aluminum.

In early 2024, Chanel launched a limited edition set of Chance hand creams, featuring Chance’s well-known floral scents, Chance Eau Fraiche and Chance Eau Tendre. Now they intend to continue this line with the packaged product called Blue Tube Evo, which was the world’s first tube made from 100% recycled aluminum (and 95% of that is PCR). This product is infinitely recyclable and has much lower emissions than virgin aluminum.

Tubex already worked with Chanel on its Factory 5 Collection, a special collection that celebrates the brand’s legacy by reinventing and reinterpreting some of its iconic products. The collection was launched in 2021 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of CHANEL No. 5, one of the world’s most famous and iconic fragrances.  This collection included skin care products to bath and body products, all designed to provide new ways to experience the legendary perfume scent.
