PERM Machine & Tool Co. has confirmed the purchase of C&S Machinery Rebuilders, located in Paterson, New Jersey (USA), as part of its ongoing growth plan.
For more than four decades, C&S has been a trusted supplier of Wagner coating plants, composite coating parts and refurbished equipment. Although the headquarters in Paterson, NJ has closed its doors, all technical staff, equipment, inventory and sales have relocated to PERM’s main facility in Saint John, Indiana.
PERM continues to expand both domestically and internationally with its variety of products, including Wagner Coats product lines, HOE presses, new and reconditioned Wicket ovens, oven chains, Wickets, coating parts, Dexter feeders and stackers, upgraded Luthi package turners and rebuilt equipment. This has enabled the company to increase its presence in different markets and offer a wide range of options for its customers.
