Sustainable packaging company Trivium Packaging has been honored in six categories at the 2023 Cans of the Year Awards and the IMDPA Quality Excellence Awards.
The Cans of the Year Awards is an important celebration that recognizes innovation in the metal packaging industry. In the last edition, Trivium was awarded two gold awards for its outstanding contribution in the categories of ‘Bottles’ and ‘Decoration and Print Quality’. The recognition is due to his work in the design and innovation of the collectible aluminum bottle for the World Cup, created for Anheuser-Busch InBev and its Budweiser beer brand.
Grupo Boticário collaborated with Trivium to develop an impact extruded aluminum aerosol can for its Malbec X antiperspirant product, which received a bronze award in the ‘Decoration and Print Quality’ category. In addition, in the ‘Two-Piece Food’ category, the DRD oval aluminum easy-open can created by Trivium for Conservas Antonio Alonso, specifically for its product Tuna Palacio de Oriente, was awarded the Gold prize.
The IMDPA Excellence in Quality Award recognizes companies that have demonstrated high quality and consistency in their dedication to the pursuit of excellence in the field of design and packaging. On this occasion, Trivium Packaging was awarded best in the ‘Aerosols and Bottles’ category for its packaging design for Chacabuco, and also received an award for its aluminum bottles used by Anheuser-Busch InBev for the Budweiser World Cup.
