This fall, the St. Louis office of Roeslein & Associates will be in St. Louis, Mo. St. Louis hosted two students from the Center for Autism Education as part of its workplace program. The program is designed to provide students with a diverse learning experience while assisting in various departments at Roeslein.
At Roeslein, these students assisted in Human Resources, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Project Control, Marketing and Front Office Management. Sample tasks included shredding documents, hanging flyers for events, delivering mail, unpacking supplies and stuffing envelopes.

Through this program, we are given the unique opportunity to provide these students with a diverse, hands-on learning experience within the workplace.”said Human Resources Coordinator Ashley Clapp.
The Center for Autism Education is a non-profit organization in St. Louis, Missouri. The St. Peter’s, Missouri, program serves children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Students at the Center for Autism Education work at various locations in St. Louis and St. Charles. They are placed in the workplace based on their cognitive abilities, previously taught skills and post-secondary goals.
