Estrella Galicia brings out its new ‘Fresh Summer Ale’ can to refresh the summer
Estrella Galicia launched its first seasonal and limited edition beer to “refresh” the summer, which has been baptized Fresh Summer Ale. The news comes a few days before San Juan, to start the summer season with this new drink, lighter and with less than 4.3 alcohol content.
“The Galician summer has everything you ask for in a summer: incredible beaches, verbenas, food and more food. But it also has what you miss the most in these months. Yes, we’re talking about that coolness that lets you sleep at night. That’s why our Fresh Summer Ale has a refreshing touch, very refreshing,” said the brand, which hopes to bring that freshness to its ace consumers with this new recipe.
The beer is brewed with 3 low kilning/roasted malts,” which produces a very pale beer but with a good malt base. Nelson Sauvin hops are incorporated at different stages of the process to extract all their aroma and flavor characteristics,” they added.
