Wild Goose launches its new high-speed canning system

For the first time, beverage manufacturers in Europe and the rest of the world have the possibility to make use of the new CE-certified canning models offered by Wild Goose. Among Wild Goose’s canning systems, the dual-lane Evolution model is the fastest, capable of speeds up to 6,000 cans per hour.

The innovative Evolution line, with its patented, side-by-side stations, minimizes both the time and saturation of liquids to the atmosphere. Sealing occurs automatically through paired lid placement and patented Wild Goose sewing stations.

The Wild Goose DO Buster technology, in addition to the CO2 purge stations, prevents oxygen from entering the fermentation process. This feature is ideal to ensure the quality of the final product. The Evolution series has a double lane for working with smaller objects and the option to work both lanes at the same time.

Dan Welch, general manager, said, “We designed this canning line with European beverage manufacturers in mind. Our customers in Europe have requested a high-speed canning line at a reasonable price.

“Offering CE models of our Evolution Series dual-rail canning systems offers producers around the world a reliable, high-quality filling solution for beer, wine, cider or just about anything else with a lower investment than large-scale rotary filling machines,” added the manager.

The Evolution production line adopts a modern dual-rail system with CE credentials that enable expansion to 10 heads, improving throughput and efficiency in production processes. This solution proves to be a cost-effective option for companies.

The Evolution dual lane canning line has become the ideal system for emerging producers, offering the ability to store and package a wide variety of handcrafted carbonated beverages such as beer, cider, RTD, kombucha, wine or even cannabis beverages. The upgradeable design also provides high speed to meet high volume demands.

The specially designed versions of Wild Goose, called the CE Evolution single-rail series, have been developed to meet the safety and regulatory standards set in Europe. Recently, dual-rail systems have also been produced with the same technology.

The CE Evolution equipment was created with an integral safety system that allows the operator to have control and visibility of the machine in all areas where he is working. In this way, Wild Goose is committed to continuing to support European customers through a technical staff of direct employees based in Europe, in addition to a local spare parts inventory. In addition, Wild Goose’s logistics staff makes the purchasing and start-up process easy and affordable.
