Monster Beverage partners with spirits incubator Monarchy to launch start-up brands
Monster Beverage, a leading energy drink corporation such as Monster Energy, is looking to expand its reach with the help of Monarchy, a non-alcoholic beverage incubator. Products manufactured by this company will be supplied through its partner Coca-Cola’s direct delivery system when they are ready; until then they will be handled by Monarchy.
Already last year, Monster Beverage acquired Monarchy, a kind of incubator located in Canarchy. This resulted in spending $330 million to supply the Liquid Death, Celsius and Hard Mtn Dew markets targeting young customers looking to consume non-alcoholic or very low ethyl beverages.
Now, Monster Energy will offer its latest cans of water during Vans Warped Tour’s Monster Tour Water. They have worked hard to distribute them over a long period of time. Beverage companies are also betting on developing new low-cost products using beverage incubators.
Canned water has great potential for breweries, as they can use their own facilities or use a contract microbrewery to try different flavors and new can formats. To ensure the success of a new product, partnerships with major distributors and an effective sales force are indispensable.
