Constellation Brands, Inc. announced the appointment of Holly Lukavsky as Senior Vice President, Human Resources – Beer Division. Lukavsky will oversee Beer’s Human Resources team and will be a strategic partner to Beer’s Leadership team with responsibility for aligning company and HR initiatives across the Beer Division.
Specifically, Lukavsky originally joined Constellation in 2012 and held various leadership positions, including director of Human Resources, director of Strategy and Vice President of Human Resources for the Beer Division. In May 2020, she was appointed Director of Human Resources at Canopy Growth, where she led the human resources function and served as a member of its Executive Management Committee for more than two years before returning to Constellation.
