Brewing industry veteran Brian Feiro was named president of U.S. sales for Molson Coors. Effective December 31, he will replace Kevin Doyle, an industry legend who will retire after nearly 40 years at the helm of the company.

Beth, 44, came to Molson Coors nearly 15 years ago and began a meteoric rise through the company’s U.S. sales organization. He initially performed management duties for product sales and then moved through management jobs before moving up to customer director in early 2021, where he has helped Molson Coors’ off-site chain team return to the No. 1 supplier position in the latest industry survey by Tamarron Consulting.

Feiro will initially lead Molson Coors’ largest sales team in its largest and most important market at a pivotal time in the company’s history and in the midst of fundamental changes in the beverage industry.

For his part, Molson Coors CEO Gavin Hattersley said Brian will take the reins of the business with energy and enthusiasm. “Brian is a competitor with high expectations of himself and our business, and I am confident he will lead our team to new heights.” said Hattersley. “I have seen firsthand his passion for our industry, his competitiveness and his deep understanding of what it takes to make our brands win in the marketplace. While there is no doubt that Kevin leaves big shoes to fill, I know Brian will wear them well,” he added.

Feiro will replace Kevin Doyle, who held virtually every sales position with Miller Brewing Company, SAB Miller, MillerCoors and Molson Coors. He guided the launch of brands ranging from Miller Genuine Draft in 1986 to Simply Spiked Lemonade in June, and built the leading chain sales team in the United States, first for Miller and then for MillerCoors and Molson Coors.

Doyle, 62, will retire leaving behind a historic legacy filled with lifetime achievements during his 39 years with the company. He established Molson Coors’ chain sales and facility sales organizations, pioneered its industry-leading category management and sales analytics programs, and helped lead the integration of Miller and Coors following the formation of the MillerCoors joint venture in 2008.

Doyle added that all he will miss most are the people he became friends with during his campaign. “I have many friendships within Molson Coors and alongside the partners. We have been through hell and high water together, and that would bind us together forever.” the executive remarked.
