Miller Lite has just launched a new and original proposal in the US, the shared grill. As such, Miller Lite is offering consumers the Grill Share program that gives seniors in the cities of Chicago and New York the opportunity to toss hot foods such as hot dogs, hamburgers and kebabs on a grill designed to look like a can.
“Few things go better together than Miller Lite and grilling, and there’s no better time to grill than summer. Miller Lite’s Grill Share is designed to bring friends and family together in a truly fun and unique way to celebrate Miller Time,” said Eric Wolfe, Miller Lite marketing manager.
The Grill Share program is the third installment of Miller Lite’s ‘Summer Loves Beer’ campaign, which began last May with the brand debuting Miller Lite-infused charcoal, also known as Beercoal. In June, it celebrated Father’s Day by introducing the first beer registry for new dads.
And for people who can’t reserve a grill, Miller Lite’s national sweepstakes will give people a chance to enter to win one of 12 Miller Lite charcoal grills.
“Miller Lite is made for moments like this. Summer isn’t over yet and we hope that with Grill Share, drinkers can spend the last few weeks of the season the way it was meant to be enjoyed: grilling and cracking open a great-tasting Miller Lite,” Wolfe noted. “When we say ‘Summer loves beer,’ it’s very much more than a slogan. The numbers speak for themselves, now we want to carry it into the fall.” Wolfe concluded.
