Summer is just around the corner and Coors Light is Molson Coors’ bet for the high summer temperatures.

To increase sales, the brand’s core cans are adorned with ‘Chill’ and are designed to appear to be encrusted with ice. There are six different tins, each celebrating a quiet part of summer: days, sights, jams, nights, travels and vibes.

“Summer packaging is always popular and this year we expect to see a lot of selfies on social media. Secondary packaging makes retail theater easier. It can be stacked to create incredible displays that immediately give the consumer a snack,” Wesloski notes.

In addition, the brand includes QR codes located on both the primary and secondary packaging on its cans, offering consumers experiences as well as the opportunity to win prizes for consumers throughout the summer.
