CANPACK Group, a leading manufacturer of aluminum beverage cans, continues its expansion and plans to install a state-of-the-art production line for aluminum beverage can bodies. in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
The company is expanding its capacity for beverage cans at its Bydgoszcz plant in Poland. The addition of a third line will increase capacity by one billion cans per year. The expansion will enable the company to increase the current capacity of the Bydgoszcz facility by approximately 1 billion parts per year. Production is expected to begin in 2024.
Andre Balbi, Group Operations Director at CANPACK says, “We are excited to increase the capacity of our Bydgoszcz facility and continue to offer our European customer base a wide range of aluminum packaging innovations, while strengthening CANPACK’s presence in Central Europe,” he adds.
Finally, the new expansion aims to strengthen CANPACK’s market-leading position in the Polish beverage can market.
