The RapidSORT is a vision-based, high-speed can sorting system specifically designed to quickly sort HFI (Held For Inspection) can pallets.
During the can manufacturing process, some can defects may pass through the can line and reach the pallets.
Management segregates these pallets and designates them as HFI (Held For Inspection). Traditionally, HFI pallets are classified in several ways, none of which are very fast, efficient or accurate.
By integrating a high-speed conveyor loop with the best vision inspection cameras, the RapidSORT not only inspects HFI cans more accurately, but also 3 to 4 times faster than traditional methods.
