Roeslein & Associates Inc., which offers engineering, manufacturing and construction services worldwide, acquired Sager Metal Strip Co, a leading conveyors provider for the can industry for more than 25 years and headquartered in Michigan City, Indiana,” USA.
Roeslein’s manufacturing division president Rob Campbell noted – according to statements one Roeslein & Associates’ website – that this is a great opportunity for both companies to come forward to better serve the can market. “We have worked closely with Sager for the past 25 years and have developed a strong relationship. Incorporating them into the Roeslein family will allow us to better serve our customers at a time when global demand for aluminium cans for beverages is unprecedented. This acquisition will allow us to further expand our production capabilities for the Pride Conveyance product and service line.”
Sager will do business under a new name, Roeslein & Associates of Indiana, LLC and will be commonly known as Roeslein – Michigan City.
Crestwood-based Roeslein & Associates, founded by President and CHIEF Executive Rudi Roeslein, reported $239 million in revenue in 2019, as reported by middle Bizjournals.
