Hop Valley Brewing brings important new products this spring. One of them is the nationwide expansion of two of its award-winning IPAs in 19.2-ounce cans, an individual beverage format that is proving to be very popular with the consuming public.

“The opportunity is huge. It’s a test drive package, it works well in convenience stores, it works well on site,” highlights Brandon Ross, chain manager for Hop Valley who adds that “consumers may have never heard of Hop Valley, and they may be a little hesitant to choose this package but its price point makes it easier for consumers to try it out.”

IPA remains the most popular craft style, growing even at a time when the segment is shrinking. And sales of 19.2-ounce cans have doubled over the past three years to $177 million, according to IRI data.

Hop Valley, with an increased advertising budget this year, plans to continue educating older drinkers about its key differentiator, Cryo Hops® frozen hop powder.
