Palacio de Oriente is attending Expo Dubai as a member of the Leading Brands of Spain Forum, which brings together more than 115 leading companies in competitiveness and innovation, committed to consolidating the image of Spain as an economic power on an international level.

For this important event, Conservas Antonio Alonso has dressed the tins of its brand Palacio de Oriente with a new packaging to attend this important international universal exhibition that has just opened its doors and will run until 31 March 2021.

Specifically, the preserves of the oldest active company in Spain will be packed in a container adapted to the environment of the Spanish Pavilion in which they will be displayed and will carry the product information in English and Arabic. The models of this special design will be two cases of white tuna belly tuna in olive oil and pickled mussels made with bivalve certified with the PDO Mexillón de Galicia. A grouper will also be displayed to present a pack of three lithographed tins of white tuna tuna in natural, olive oil and extra virgin olive oil.

Javier Martín, export manager, believes that the combination of the careful selection of raw materials, the quality of its preserves and the pull of Spanish gastronomy worldwide “are great assets for Palacio de Oriente to conquer the visitors of Expo Dubai 2020”. More than 2.5 million people are expected to visit over the next six months.
