Beverage packaging and manufacturing company Wildpack Beverage has just purchased Vertical Distilling, LLC, a $4,500,000 aluminum can filler. The acquisition agreement was ratified last August.
According to Thomas Waljer, the company’s chief growth officer, “We successfully completed two acquisitions and are excited to see the third deal move to the definitive agreement stage. We will continue to build our M&A team as we believe the success of our acquisition strategy will be a critical aspect of our overall business strategy”.
Colorado is the main state, along with the bordering regions, the main area where Vertical operates. The state is also a major player in the mid-market beverage industry and integral to Wildpack’s growth strategy.
The company expects this new acquisition to open up numerous opportunities and synergies from the acquisition, including adding more shifts, eliminating performance pinch points with minor capital upgrades and installing new capabilities.
