Dover Corporation has announced new changes to its senior management. This is the appointment of David Mammolenti as President of Belvac. This company is the world leader in the design and production of continuous motion rotating machinery.

Mammolenti, who has held the position since last April, has been an integral part of Belvac’s executive leadership team for the past 15 years, driving growth as a global provider of capital equipment and solutions for complete metal beverage can lines. Mammolenti’s consolidated experience at Belvac will allow for a smooth transition and provide continuity to strategic growth initiatives.

David joined Dover in 2007 as Vice President of Operations at Belvac. While in this role, David led efforts to accelerate new product development, drive a culture of continuous improvement/LEAN and develop talent within the organization to create a world-class global operation.

Belvac’s new president was promoted to executive vice president in 2013 and began consolidating the visible side of the business in addition to global operations and supply chain. Mammolenti replaces Rick Steigerwald who, after more than 33 years in various leadership positions at the company, including more than 20 years as president, decided to retire last July.
